Re-opening Information
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
For the safety and peace of mind of both our customers and staff, we are taking the following precautions as we re open. We have also made some changes to how we will be working within our store. Initially we will open by appointment only 3 days per week.
STEPS WE ARE TAKING
• All employees will be wearing masks,and washing their hands regularly throughout the day. Your consultant will also wear a visor whilst she is within the 2m distance regulations.
• Sanitation Stations have been set up throughout the store.
• All appointments will be private
• All surfaces/areas will be completely wiped down after each use and disinfected between appointments
• No walk in customers will be allowed in during your fitting.
• Limiting the number of guests per bride to 1 other until further notice. We will be allowing facetime/zoom so your other party members can feel included
STEPS WE ARE ASKING YOU TO TAKE
• Limit your amount of guests to 1 other
• Wash your hands on arrival, sanitise, and wear a mask/face covering
• Please do not bring a guest with symptoms, temperature check on arrival will be administered.
• Guests are required to be seated at all times, behind the 2m barrier.

It is with great joy that we can announce we are working through the guidelines so that we can re open on June 18th. The store and how we conduct our appointments will be very different. We will only allow 1 guest with our brides to protect both our customers and ourselves, sorry no children will be allowed unless for a pre approved fitting of a dress which has arrived for them. Hand washing, sanitising and a mask will need to be worn and temperature will be taken at the door. New customers will need to book an appointment on our website, staff will need to pull the dresses for you, so you will need to look at our selection on our website, all dresses pictured are available in store, (not in every size though) Dresses will be steamed or quarenteed before being put back out for sale, so not every dress may be available to try. We hope that the government will ease social distancing soon, so that larger weddings can go ahead, but in the mean time we look forward to helping you choose your dream dress.
